PhD (Credit Transfer)
Under UGC, there is no strict rule for PhD credit transfer. If a candidate wants a credit transfer, they need to drop the research from their current institution and apply to the new one according to its admission criteria. If the new institution continues the previous research paper, the candidate can continue the same research; otherwise, new research must be conducted. PhD credit transfer completely depends on the two universities, and candidates must obtain an NOC from the previous university.
